The program I used to create this character was paint. I also got my cartoon picture from http://www.afunk.com/. My first fact is that Walt Disney was the original voice of Mickey Mouse. The second fact is that Mickey spoke his first words on 1929in The Karnival Kid. The last fact I have chosen is that the first two Mickey Mouse films costed the studio $2,500 each.
You did a really nice job on Mickey. I really like your choice of colors. I also like his shadow and the little glimmer on his shoe. Those types of details really make it stand out than others.
